A Message from the Founder:

My name is Ryan Gill and I am the CEO and Founder of VECTURA VIP Ltd.

My working background began in a long-standing family bookmaking business. From a young age I expected that would be my career path, and it taught me valuable foundations in customer service, responsibility and dealing directly with people on a daily basis. However, over time I realised it was not the industry I wanted to remain in for the long term. I wanted to build something service-led, where reliability and professionalism were the core product rather than simply part of the job.

The idea behind VECTURA VIP developed quite naturally. While regularly playing golf with a friend - a successful businessman - he once commented that if he ever lost everything, he would simply buy himself a minibus and start driving people to the airport. The simplicity of that statement stayed with me. It highlighted that dependable transport, delivered properly, will always have value.

After seeking advice from an experienced operator, who has since become a close friend, I decided to take the step professionally and purchased my first second-hand Mercedes V-Class. From that single vehicle the business has grown steadily into what VECTURA VIP is today - a professional chauffeur service operating multiple vehicles and supporting ongoing contracts with established companies and organisations.

VECTURA VIP has expanded quickly, and with that growth has come constant learning. We are open in recognising that improvement never stops — we review our service, learn from mistakes when they occur, and continually refine how we operate so that the experience becomes more consistent and more reliable for our clients.

The company was built from experience rather than theory. I understand that clients are not simply booking a vehicle; they are trusting timings, planning and important moments of their day to us. For that reason I remain personally involved in the daily operation of the business, overseeing bookings and supporting our chauffeurs to ensure every journey runs as expected.

We operate a modern Mercedes fleet including V-Class MPVs and our Business Class GLS, allowing passengers to travel comfortably while remaining productive, relaxed and confident their journey is being managed correctly.

Our focus is long-term relationships rather than one-off journeys — delivering consistency, communication and peace of mind from first contact to final drop-off.
